    Job Responsibility
    • Handle calls or emails promptly with accurate and timely information to customers on products or services.
    • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers;
    • Promote quality service to customers and provide best solutions to customers’ needs;
    • Assist in developing and carrying out marketing strategies and plan to retain customers;
    • Respond to customers’ queries tactfully and professionally;
    • Cross-sell and upsell existing portfolio of products and services to customers;
    • Provide training to customers the use of the online services.

    Job Requirements
    • Possess Diploma/Degree in Business related fields or extensive relevant experience;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Required language: Malay, English, Mandarin (advantage)
    • An outgoing personality and good disposition, with a flair for high level presentations;
    • Able to work independently, mature, result oriented with positive attitude;
    • Strong informational, analytical and able to handle both enquiries and complaints;
    • Be a self-starter with the ability to motivate others, and work as part of a team;
    • Computer literate (MS Office Application);
    • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
